Who we are

Costa Planner is run by me, Kevin Piórkowski, from the Puriscal region of Costa Rica. This policy explains what information I collect through costaplanner.com and how I use it.

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact, booking, or waitlist form, I collect what you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, and trip details. I use this only to respond to your inquiry, plan your trip, or deliver the service you requested. Your information is stored in my CRM (HubSpot) and is never sold.

Cookies & analytics

I use audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the site. These only load after you accept them in the cookie banner — decline, and they never load. Change your choice anytime from "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. I also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to monitor site performance. These are cookieless and don't identify you personally, so they run regardless of your cookie choice.

How I use your data

I use the information you provide to reply to inquiries, plan and deliver custom itineraries, consultations, car rentals, farm stays, and relocation support, and to improve the site based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

Who I share it with

I only share data with the tools that help me run the business: HubSpot (CRM, to manage your inquiry), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (audience measurement, only with consent), and Vercel (hosting and performance monitoring). I don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Just email me — I'll handle it directly, no forms required.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
